Luke Philllips is the founder of Luke Phillips & Co. He is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Jamaica and has significant experience handling complex local and cross-border commercial transactions. Luke prides himself on efficiency and always aims to give his clients the most cost-effective solution to their legal issues. Highly regarded and exceptionally thorough, Luke is an attorney who has represented many of the largest organizations in Jamaica. Additionally, he prides himself on working closely with new businesses and foreign investors by helping them navigate the unique regulatory environment of Jamaica.
Luke believes in contributing to the development of the legal profession in Jamaica and currently tutors at the Faculty of Law at the University of the West Indies Mona Campus. He has also authored several articles on legal issues which have been published in the local newspapers and elsewhere.
Luke’s aeras of expertise include tax law, real estate law, estate planning, corporate structuring, tourism licensing and regulation, general regulatory compliance, securities law, and contract law.

Sandra Minott-Phillips, K.C. is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Jamaica. She was elevated to the Inner Bar on May 1, 2012 and has over 35 years’ experience practicing as a litigator in civil matters.
Sandra is a top-ranked (internationally) advocate who regularly appears as counsel before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, and Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in civil matters. She has trained and led numerous junior counsel.
In the realm of academia, Sandra tutored Civil Procedure to final year students at the Norman Manley Law School for many years. Sandra has also authored several articles on legal issues published in the West Indian Law Journal and elsewhere.
Sandra Minott-Phillips, K.C. is a sought-after presenter at Continuing Legal Professional Development seminars put on by regulatory bodies and Bar Associations in the Caribbean. In 2025 Sandra was honoured by the Jamaican Bar Association for her outstanding contribution to the legal profession in Jamaica.
